ARCSI Announces Regional Ambassador Selection

The Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, a Division of ISSA, has announced its new outreach program: the ARCSI Regional Ambassadors. The Regional Ambassadors are a direct link between ARCSI and its members, as well as being a voice for the residential cleaning industry at a local level.

ARCSI Regional Ambassadors include:

East Region

  • Marlo Kanipe, Deserved Comfort House Cleaning, Columbia, South Carolina
  • Robin Murphy, Maid Brigade White Plains (New York),

Central Region

  • Amber Starling, Good Witch Cleaning Services LLC Manhattan, Kansas
  • Stacey Conkle, Beautiful Day Cleaning in Prairie Grove, Arkansas

West Region

  • TJ Fruichantie Meticulous Man Services LLC Nampa, Idaho

Jeannie Henderson is the Chair of the ISSA Residential Cleaning Council. She said that one of the greatest benefits of joining ARCSI was to connect with other business owners who are also successful in their residential cleaning businesses. “Our Regional ambassadors will work in their region to bring members together.”

Regional Ambassadors are owners of successful residential cleaning companies who have invested their time and effort into ARCSI membership. They have also reaped rewards. They will share their experience and knowledge with other cleaning business owners.

“I joined ARCSI in 2014 because I wanted to grow my cleaning business. “I heard that ARCSI is dedicated to helping owners of cleaning businesses like myself become better leaders and owners within the cleaning industry,” Fruichantie said. “I am a continuing member of ARCSI because I have built great relationships by being a part of it and because the educational and continuous learning opportunities are excellent.”

Don’t be afraid to negotiate.

Asking a client why they want to leave is not a sign of arrogance. Instead, negotiate with them what you would like to see in return. Negotiate a lower price or offer an additional cleaning service or an extra room. If you can keep them, it’s better not to lose them.

Your cleaning business will find success if you keep your clients. You can grow your cleaning business by maintaining a steady stream of clients. Set realistic expectations and follow up on feedback. Provide a high-quality cleaning service, and you will keep clients for a long time. If you follow these steps, your cleaning business will be able to increase client retention quickly.

Chris Willett founded Alpine Maids. The company prides itself on hiring the best staff in Denver, Colorado, to clean your house.
